We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Design Professional to join our dedicated technical team at Claremont Group Interiors Ltd in Warrington. The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong time management and co-ordination skills.

As a leading commercial interior design and fit-out company, we pride ourselves on building lasting client relationships and looking after our people. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with members of the team and clients
  • Conduct site surveys and general site co-ordination
  • Coordinate build and services projects
  • Produce and deliver Tender/Construction packages
  • Oversee job running and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with Local Authority, Building Control, and ensure general compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Architectural Technician or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Full UK driving license
