**Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist Role**
We are seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Alfred Recruitment LLP. This is a job running role, where you will be supporting the directors, working across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a senior level position, working closely with the directors and contributing to the success of our architectural studio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting the directors in the management of multiple projects
- Acting as a Job Runner on multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Coordinating with colleagues to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard, meeting client expectations and minimizing risks
- Technical detailing and proven technical skills, including Revit and project running experience
- Carrying out design and production drawings, with a strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Liaising with clients and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical skills, including Revit and project running experience
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
