About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our client's team as a Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects, including design development, documentation, and construction administration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong background in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
