Schlumberger Limited is seeking an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineering Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, UK.
About the Role
This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering with experience in areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical assembly, welding, and basic electrics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice to program managers and scientific staff
- Develop and manufacture test equipment and apparatus for projects
- Communicate with technical and scientific staff on engineering and design matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
