We are recruiting a highly skilled SENDCo to spearhead our inclusive education program and drive student success.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement tailored education plans, collaborating closely with teachers and families.
- Provide expert guidance, coaching, and resources to enhance instructional practices.
- Engage parents and caregivers through training, advice, and regular updates.
- Contribute to the development and review of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Promote the school's values and ethos through inclusive teaching strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Qualifications: Degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: Prior experience working with SEND students and a willingness to pursue further qualifications.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Values: Motivated, empathetic, and flexible, aligned with our core values.
- Salary: £42,000 - £47,250 per annum.
- Holidays: 39.2 weeks per year, with additional leave arrangements.
