About the Role:

Tetra Tech is seeking a talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leeds City Centre. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will work with senior colleagues on flagship and regionally significant schemes across various portfolios, including defence, transport, infrastructure, healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of fully coordinated structural designs on a wide variety of projects, alongside members of structures teams locally and nationally.
  • Liaison with statutory authorities, architects, design teams, and contractors.
  • Develop skills in the use of the latest design software, such as Tekla Structural Designer and Revit.
  • Assist in design reviews and verification checks.
  • Undertake site visits and surveys.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in the field of Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng) with experience in structural design.
  • Previous technical/industry experience advantageous.
  • Commitment to achieving chartered status with IStructE/ICE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Suitability for Security Clearance to permit working on Defence Projects.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
