Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mountain Warehouse Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance
  • Driving customer service through excellent product knowledge and engagement
  • Maximising store sales potential and profitability

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people skills with a proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating teams
  • Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
  • A passion for selling and customer engagement
  • A record of commercial success and awareness

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
