About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will play a vital role in analyzing and evaluating the performance of our Fixed Income, Multi Asset, and Alternative portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive performance reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of performance data, identifying and escalating any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to provide support and guidance on performance analysis and reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all reporting is produced within mandated and regulatory timeframes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Investment Analysis: Interpret and attribute analysis of Fixed Income, Multi Asset, and Alternative portfolios, providing insights and recommendations to support investment decisions.
  • Business Support: Support the business onboarding process for new performance reporting requirements, including ad hoc queries and data requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues globally for cross-training and to create synergies, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Process Improvement: Assist the team in developing and implementing new ideas to increase efficiencies and improve processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to performance analysis, ensuring the team's expertise and knowledge remain current.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree-level qualification in a numerate discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance).
  • Professional Certifications: IMC, CIPM, CFA, or planning to study towards.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in asset management, with a strong background in financial analysis and performance reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including macro, formatting, and power query editor.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills.
