About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team at one of Glasgow's most prestigious hotel venues. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient management and execution of daily tasks
  • Supervise the kitchen staff to maintain smooth and effective operations
  • Mentor and train junior chefs to enhance their skills and uphold high culinary standards
  • Ensure that every dish meets our five-star quality expectations, focusing on both taste and presentation
