Job Opportunity

VIQU Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Centre (NOC) Team Lead to join their team on a contract basis.

The role requires strong people management experience in fast-paced environments, with a background in Telecommunications and knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including Cisco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers during a time of transition and change
  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring resolution of incidents and requests
  • Ensure best practise is being followed

Requirements:

  • Strong background working in a NOC, and demonstrable experience as a NOC Team Lead or Manager
  • Strong people management experience in fast-paced, challenging environments
  • Background in Telecommunications is preferable
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including Cisco
  • CCNA/CCNP qualifications would be beneficial
  • Excellent communicator and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Role Details:

  • Job role: NOC Team Lead

  • Duration: 3 months contract
  • Rate: £450 - £500 per day paid to Umbrella company
  • IR35 status: Inside IR35
  • Location: Fully onsite in Rochdale
