About the Role:

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Town Planner to join our team in Truro, Cornwall. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for working alongside a small team of planners to deliver commercial and residential projects across the South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Providing advice on planning matters
  • Conducting land development assessments
  • Attending internal and external meetings throughout the planning process
  • Staying up-to-date on local and national planning policy changes
  • Supporting the Planning Director

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Town Planner in the public or private sectors
  • Renewable energy project experience is desirable
