IT Infrastructure Specialist

Candour Solutions is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting our IT infrastructure to provide excellent customer service for our staff and customers.

The role will involve monitoring and liaising with third parties to ensure our systems are secure, updated, operational, and delivering a good service. Key accountabilities include providing escalation points to IT staff, managing and implementing projects, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and administering and supporting M365 software services.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience of M365 administration, Microsoft MTA: IT Infrastructure or CompTIA Network+ qualification, and technical knowledge and experience in network switch/wireless administration, Citrix XenDesktop administration, and security vulnerability software.
