Oakleaf Partnership, a boutique consulting firm, is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join their HR team. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing technical learning programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in a fast-evolving technological landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology-driven learning programs, webinars, and digital resources.
  • Curate curriculum for various training modalities (self-paced, instructor-led, hybrid) to meet the diverse learning needs of the business.
  • Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, getting those functionally designed, configured or customized.
  • Propose, develop/configure, document and test according to functional and technical requirement by working closely with development team.
  • Manage LMS platform, including courses, curricula, assessments, and user roles.
  • Oversee LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Configure LMS settings, such as course structures, learning paths, and domains to support different departments.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve LMS-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for complex technical problems.
  • Evaluate system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements, plugins, or integrations to extend the LMS capabilities.
  • Conduct regular system audits and data backups.
  • Create interactive learning experiences, such as video tutorials, screencasts, and engaging assessments and surveys.
  • Deliver technical training sessions via virtual or in-person workshops on emerging technologies, tools, and internal systems.
  • Analyze learning metrics and generate reports to assess training effectiveness, engagement, and skill development progress.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
