Job Summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Cartref. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Encourage and support service users to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users

Requirements

  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work variable shift times, including mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues

Variable shift times, including:

  • Morning Support Worker – 06:45-14:15
  • Afternoon Support Worker – 13:45-21:15
  • Night Support Worker– 21:00-07:00
