About the Job:

This HVAC Technician Leader position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a leading company within the clean energy sector, utilizing your skills and experience to develop further. You will cover a variety of commercial sites, provide technical support, and ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of various manufacturers' AC & HVAC systems, VRF, Splits, Heat Exchangers, and Heat Pumps, with at least 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer/HVAC Engineer/AC Engineer. A mechanical or electrical qualification or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent) and F-Gas Qualification are also required.

This role involves service, PPM's, and breakdowns, with overtime X1.5 & X2 on a Monday to Friday schedule with 1/5 call outs. The salary package includes £44,000 - £47,000 basic plus OTE £65K+, vehicle, training, pension, and progression opportunities.
