As a Handyperson at Peabody, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our residents' homes and ensuring their safety and well-being. Your practical skills and empathetic nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide a professional service.
We're looking for someone who is confident in their DIY abilities, knowledgeable about safety protocols, and committed to delivering excellent customer experience. You'll need to be flexible and able to work across a broad geographic region, with a driving license and access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks, including fire alarm testing and health and safety checks.
- Provide a high-quality service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and a smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.
