Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the Permanent Recruitment Division, ensuring team goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and operational processes, managing the division's Profit & Loss to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure high performance within the professional services team, collaborating with other departments on cross-functional initiatives and projects to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior management experience within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in managing ATS systems and implementing operational change.
