About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team, supporting the efficient, service-led, and cost-effective plot conveyancing function across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results and contributing to the company's success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating plot conveyancing on new build developments, ensuring timely completion and meeting business targets
  • Liaising with regional offices, Sales, Development, and Technical teams to provide comprehensive reporting and monitoring system for plot progress and completion
  • Maintaining accurate records of plot progression, enabling effective forecasting and decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining complex filing and information systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders

What We Offer:
