**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or equivalent role in a main dealer Service Department.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of service department operations, outstanding organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Estimated salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
