Complex Needs Clinician

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as an Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist. This role will involve providing clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Developing and implementing individualised interventions for young people based on clinical assessments.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic support into education, care, and support.
- Providing consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
Essential Requirements:
- A registered Speech and Language Therapist with the HCPC.
- Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
