Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team. As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Patrol and monitor premises and personnel to prevent and detect crime.
  • Provide a visible deterrent within the store to prevent and deter shoplifting and other security incidents.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Work as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid SIA Licence or have applied for one.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
