Are you passionate about sustainability and reducing carbon footprints? Do you have experience with energy modelling and analysis? If so, ATB - The Big Jobsite has an exciting opportunity for you As an Energy Modeller, you will work with our sustainability team to develop sustainable solutions for our clients. This is a permanent position based in Southampton, offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Role:
In this role, you will perform energy modelling and analysis using IES-VE software to optimize building performance. You will also evaluate projects to ensure compliance with CIBSE TM52 and TM59 by conducting Part O assessments. Collaborating with architects and engineers, you will implement energy design strategies, enhancing client understanding of Part L and Part O. Additionally, you will provide sustainable solutions to reduce clients' carbon footprint and mentor junior team members.

Requirements for Success:
To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency in IES-VE software for energy modelling and analysis. Relevant experience in a similar role or consultancy within the built environment industry is also essential. A background in environmental science or engineering is required. Additionally, experience producing TM52 and TM59 reports according to CIBSE guidelines is necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required. Strong attention to detail is crucial for this position.
