Are you a seasoned behavioral practitioner passionate about using qualitative research and design to drive meaningful change? We're seeking a skilled Senior Behavioral Research Consultant to join our team as a Deputy on upcoming projects in Madagascar and Rwanda.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients to design and implement impactful strategies, leveraging your expertise in behavioral science and UX design. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting investigative research in the field and analyzing data to inform strategic recommendations
  • Developing and implementing research plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results
  • Collaborating with clients to internalize findings and accept recommendations, fostering a culture of trust and belonging
  • Providing guidance on lean experimentation and client management, ensuring seamless project execution
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B consulting, field-readiness, and remote teamwork. Your strong writing skills, ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and passion for behavioral science will be essential in driving impact and client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive project fee in the range of USD $10,000 to $18,000, exclusive of travel and other project-related expenses. As a freelancer, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and in-person, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
