Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and create designs that align with organisational objectives
  • Utilise process review and automation skills to optimise workflows, improve user experience, and liberate valuable resources
  • Promote the adoption of new processes and tools within the workplace, ensuring they are user-friendly, meet the needs of employees, and are effectively integrated into existing workflows
Requirements
  • Experience within a Business analysis/Service Architect/User Adoption Specialist role (or similar) preferably within an IT department or within a role that utilised technology to deliver business value
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation and negotiation
  • Familiar with working with and managing stakeholders and customers whilst delivering technology solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of simplifying/optimising and automating IT and Business processes
  • Experience with IT analytics to improve adoption and user experience
  • Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code solutions, preferably Microsoft Power Platform
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Experience creating and presenting Service/Process based documentation and/or detailed technical design documentation
