Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

About the Role:
As a Digital Media Specialist at Hillarys HR, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day paid media activity, working closely with our media agencies and international teams. You will analyze data with a keen eye for detail and create actionable insights from your findings. Your role will involve working closely with the web, social, data, and design teams to share learnings and help improve the customer journey. You will also be responsible for writing and testing engaging ad copy, planning and forecasting paid media spend, leads, and sales, managing the paid media budget each month, and monitoring performance at product and segment level. Additionally, you will report back on performance internally to the wider marketing team and group, and work closely with Google/Meta to test new products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day paid media activity
- Analyze data and create actionable insights
- Work closely with the web, social, data, and design teams
- Write and test engaging ad copy
- Plan and forecast paid media spend, leads, and sales
- Manage the paid media budget each month
- Monitor performance at product and segment level
- Report back on performance internally
- Work closely with Google/Meta to test new products

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years paid media experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience of Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, and Meta
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel
- Enthusiastic and keen to add value to the business and develop personally
