Youth Support Specialist

Cambian Group is a leading provider of children's residential care services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social/emotional/mental health needs.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Support Worker in Plymouth. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized care and support to our young residents. You will be responsible for ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met, while promoting independence and self-esteem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential setting
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Engage in activities that promote socialization, education, and personal development
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £24,793 - £26,083 per annum, plus up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 per sleep. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- 224 hours (5.6 weeks) Annual Leave
- Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 10 sleep ins per month paid at £30 per sleep
