About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our Supply Chain team at Asahi International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving supply chain excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Supply Chain Partnership Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain partnerships that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Manage the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to develop and maintain accurate forecasts, and drive demand planning initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Develop and maintain SLAs with customers, ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration, or a related field)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
