We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic partnerships with global suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth analysis of domestic and international supply markets to identify and secure competitive new sources.
- Oversee the entire procurement process for raw materials, additives, packaging, and contract manufacturing.
- Work closely with the Quality and Technical Departments to ensure that all suppliers meet the company's stringent selection and qualification criteria.
- Manage and optimize the current portfolio of suppliers through effective Supplier Performance Management.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing for raw materials, packaging, and other materials.
- Experience in the end-to-end procurement process, including category management and use of e-sourcing tools.
- Strong commercial acumen and high levels of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to navigate customs clearance processes and experience with Import and Export regulations in Vietnam.
