Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Premium Handling: Manage premiums up to c£20,000 with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Client Diversity: Work with a diverse range of clients, including property owners, retailers, manufacturers, motor traders, fleets, and professionals.
  • Renewal Management: Proactively ensure high retention levels by communicating with clients and underwriters.
  • Underwriter Collaboration: Maintain excellent relationships with underwriters to secure optimal insurance solutions.
  • New Business and Renewals: Broker risks for new business and renewals, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Claims Management: Refer claims to the dedicated team for prompt resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Corporate Broking team to achieve business objectives.
  • System Utilization: Effectively use the Acturis system and EDI platforms to manage client relationships and insurance solutions.
