\We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of SuccessFactors Implementation Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, providing specialist advice and guidance to clients, and contributing to business development and sales initiatives.
\Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.\
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to clients on SuccessFactors configuration, optimization, and integration with other systems.\
- Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations.\
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve services offered to clients.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet client needs.\
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance and quality standards.\
- Support training and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service delivery.\\
Requirements
\- \
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology).\
- Proven experience in implementing and managing complex IT projects, particularly with SuccessFactors.\
- Advanced understanding of HR processes, payroll, time tracking, talent management, and performance management.\
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.\
- Fluency in English language.\
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors Certifications).\
- Availability to travel up to 80%.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Relevant software knowledge (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP).\
Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum
