Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of SuccessFactors Implementation Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, providing specialist advice and guidance to clients, and contributing to business development and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.\
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to clients on SuccessFactors configuration, optimization, and integration with other systems.\
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve services offered to clients.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet client needs.\
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance and quality standards.\
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent service delivery.\\

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information technology).\
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing complex IT projects, particularly with SuccessFactors.\
  • Advanced understanding of HR processes, payroll, time tracking, talent management, and performance management.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively.\
  • Fluency in English language.\
  • Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors Certifications).\
  • Availability to travel up to 80%.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Relevant software knowledge (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP).\

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum
