Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technical learning programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in a fast-evolving technological landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technology-driven learning programs, webinars, and digital resources.
  • Curate and implement curriculum for various training modalities (self-paced, instructor-led, hybrid) to meet the diverse learning needs of the business.
  • Drive requirements analysis/blueprints/explore sessions using show & tell techniques promoting standard SAP processes, identifying gaps, getting those functionally designed, configured or customized.
  • Collaborate with the development team to propose, develop/configure, document and test according to functional and technical requirement.
  • Manage the LMS platform, including courses, curricula, assessments, and user roles.
  • Ensure accurate synchronization of user data between HRIS and LMS, resolving integration issues as needed.
  • Analyze learning metrics and generate reports to assess training effectiveness, engagement, and skill development progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly LXP, Succession and Career Development Planning, Performance and Goals Management.
  • Experience with LMS integrations (e.g., SSO, SIS).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging learning materials.
