Automotive Team Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences at Halfords, the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will provide productive management and leadership, focusing on the customer journey and driving profitability.
With a strong background in automotive services and a passion for customer experience, you will be responsible for coaching and training colleagues, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing daily sales and customer service.
