Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Care Home Night Team Leader with our esteemed care provider, Care UK.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring professional to lead and supervise their shift, ensuring the highest standard of care for residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for case managing residents, liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective care plans.

You will administer and record medication, conduct risk assessments, and work collaboratively with care assistants to support residents with daily needs. This role requires a strong understanding of care planning processes and the ability to provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification. You should be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. A good understanding of care planning processes and experience in administering medication are also essential.
