About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Cambridge-based development team working on cutting-edge electronics design tools. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of new and improved features that leverage AI approaches to assist human engineers, helping them to bring better, more capable products to market in less time.

This software is used worldwide in a wide range of industries that rely on advanced electronics, including consumer electronics, healthcare, automotive, and more. Your work will have a significant impact on the development of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and validate new AI-driven features
  • Provide advice to product engineers on AI-driven solutions
  • Diagnose customer issues and develop new features as needed

Requirements:

  • A 1st or 2.1 in computer science or other numerate discipline from a leading university
  • Hands-on coding skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, JavaScript, TCL, or Shell Scripting
  • Experience developing and debugging software in a UNIX environment
  • A solid understanding of algorithm design and data structures
  • Full existing and unrestricted right to work in the UK
