This is a great opportunity to work for a specialist FM Service Provider situated in West London. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the contract (Hard services/PPM/reactive maintenance) under the direction of the Contract Manager.

You will work closely with the Contract Manager to review subcontractor RAMS (Issue authority to works as required and prepare/review RAMS for reactive/remedial works.) and ensure all statutory records are kept up to date and available for inspection.
