We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Analyst to join our IT team at New Look Group. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining technical services for infrastructure servers, storage, and cloud, while providing 3rd line operational support in collaboration with Service Desk and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and maintain technical services for infrastructure servers, storage, and cloud.
- Provide 3rd line operational support in collaboration with Service Desk and IT teams.
- Lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of IT infrastructure changes and service improvements.
- Act as the subject matter expert on server, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
- Efficiently resolve IT infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Oversee systems monitoring tools and maintain IT infrastructure support documentation.
- Work with project teams to review and impact assess new business requirements.
- Ensure that capacity, availability, security, and service support requirements are considered in all IT infrastructure changes.
