We're a leading facilities management company, and we're looking for an experienced In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Burnley.

Job Summary

As an In-Store Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners and ensuring that our store is maintained to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our operations team to plan and manage cleaning schedules, and you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing cleaning equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaners to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Plan and manage cleaning schedules to ensure that the store is maintained to the highest standards
  • Monitor and manage cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that they are adequate and in good working order
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure that cleaning tasks are aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve cleaning processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Experience of managing a team of cleaners in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes and procedures
  • Ability to plan and manage cleaning schedules
  • Ability to monitor and manage cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
