Account Manager Role
As a key member of the Michael Page Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their goals and needs to align our services with their expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Account Planning
- Create and implement account-specific strategies to grow the business and enhance client satisfaction, leveraging your knowledge of the client's needs and our services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans and achieve desired outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients, and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
