Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in maintenance engineering, a time-served apprenticeship, and hold both electrical and mechanical qualifications. A strong understanding of PLCs, motors, drives, automation systems, and hydraulics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment
  • Carry out repairs and replacements as required
  • Assist with developing new PPM schedules and asset care management systems

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance engineering
  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • Hold both electrical and mechanical qualifications
  • Experience working with PLCs, motors, drives, automation systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
