Job Title: Community Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions to individuals with psychosis
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on early intervention in psychosis
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Appropriate nursing qualification (RNMH)
  • Experience of working with individuals with psychosis and their families
  • Knowledge of the philosophy and principles of early intervention in psychosis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
