Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the development of our healthcare services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in primary care and will be able to demonstrate safe and competent clinical decision-making skills. You will be responsible for managing patients with long-term and complex conditions, providing expert care and working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients with long-term and complex conditions or needs
  • Provide expert care and support to patients, families, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Registration with a UK professional body, such as the NMC or HCPC etc.
  • Degree-level registration qualification or equivalent post-registration award
  • MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification, or working towards/ willingness to undertake
  • Life Support qualifications
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £43,00065,000 per annum, depending on experience.
