About the Role:

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supporter Retention Officer to join our Community and Events Fundraising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ambitious supporter retention and stewardship programs to maximize income generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to retain and grow our supporter base
  • Design and deliver engaging supporter experiences to maximize income generation
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of supporter retention and stewardship programs against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, donors, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and implementation of supporter retention and stewardship programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
