Job Title: Senior Technical Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a leading name in high-end refurb, fit out, and construction, we are committed to excellence in craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the M&E aspects of high-end fit out projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution from planning through to completion.
  • Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical services activities on fit out projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assessments specific to M&E installations.
  • Liaise with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide M&E expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Monitor the installation and performance of M&E systems, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Background as a Technical Services Manager within a consultancy, with all-rounded experience in M&E.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical building systems, and electrical systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and M&E analysis.
