Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Practitioner to join our team at Briardene, working on a bank night shift basis. As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalised care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective care service.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of care.
- Engage with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Good standard of English and numeracy skills.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights.
