About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team of Care Practitioners at Derwent care home in Low Westwood, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity, respect, and privacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Helping residents with day-to-day activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed
