Job Title: Head of Sales

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join their senior management team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Capital Equipment sectors.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
