**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join a dynamic and fast-growing company. We are looking for a creative individual to help support the sales and marketing team and deliver engaging and on-brand designs across a range of media. Someone with a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

As Graphic Designer you will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our website, tender documents, brochures, handouts, packaging, presentations, B2B marketing materials, external communications, digital media and more.

You will be responding to a variety of support requests from the sales and marketing team, our operations team and our Head of HR.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- An individual who will contribute to our enthusiastic and positive team culture. We are an independent SME and flexibility and support for colleagues is an important part of our culture.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A relevant qualification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
