Contract Delivery Manager

At Sureserve Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional asset and energy services across the UK. We're seeking a skilled Contract Delivery Manager to join our team, ensuring the efficient management of contracts and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise heating contracts and renewable installations to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Survey, plan, and quality control heating installations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and client expectations.
- Lead a team of installers to deliver programmed jobs and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Provide weekly reports on successful and unsuccessful visits to properties, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure contracts are delivered within budget and target expectations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, liaising effectively through formal and informal meetings.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and commercial awareness skills.
- Experience in retrofitting, particularly with associated UK Government funding (HUG/SHDF).
- Strong motivation skills and ability to motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to identify potential pitfalls and implement recovery plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages (desirable).
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a clear focus on customer service and health and safety management.
- Ability to make rational decisions under pressure.
- Salary - £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
