Contract Delivery Manager

We're currently seeking a Contract Delivery Manager who shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement.

  • Manage and supervise heating contracts and renewable installations.
  • Survey, plan, and quality control heating installations.
  • Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the client.
  • Liaise with office administration to update company database on jobs surveyed, completed, follow-up works, and ensure installers' packs are completed with all documentation compliance received.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional communication and commercial awareness skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages (desirable).
  • Clear focus on customer service and health and safety management.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS card (desirable)
  • SMSTS (desirable)
  • IOSH (desirable)
  • UK driving licence.
