Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Planning Manager to work in a hybrid capacity from our planned location. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of projects and programs across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, experience with scheduling software (OnePlan), and strong analytical and communication skills. Key responsibilities include maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all projects and plans within each portfolio and program, creating and maintaining an overarching enterprise-level schedule of high level milestones in OnePlan, and developing and managing detailed project schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ongoing assessments of project health and progress against scheduled milestones, analysing baseline status, current timing plans, critical path dependencies, and interdependencies to identify potential risks and issues. They will also proactively communicate schedule variances, potential delays, and resource conflicts to relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and proven experience (3+ years) as an Integrated Master Scheduler or in a similar planning and scheduling role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
